有好幾個人對我說 skype 計價會因為所處的位置(國家)不同而有不同的價格，要堅持自己的想法，只好找證據，來看 skype 官方的網頁說的：

Global calling rates - cheap internet calls

It does not matter where you’re calling from, only where you’re calling to. Sitting in London and calling your friend next door costs the same as sitting in Beijing and calling your friend in Paris.
